SERVICE PRICING AND REFUND POLICY
1.) Regular Price
If you book your services more than 2 weeks prior to your show, you will pay the regular price.
2.) Price with Late Fee
If you book your services within 2 weeks prior to your show, you will pay the regular price +5–10€ late fee.
3.) Price with Walk-in Fee
If you book your services from Wednesday of the show week or at the registration, you will pay the regular price +10-25€ walk-in fee.
Appointments for tanning and additional services will be released on Wednesday of the competition week.
We cannot adjust appointments and tanning times to external make up or hair service providers.
Our tanning team will be the only service provider on the site.
Some email providers (such as Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, T-Online and others) may block or filter our emails.
To ensure you receive booking confirmations and important updates, please use a Gmail email address for your reservations whenever possible.

Please do NOT use iDEAL for PayPal payments, as due to a technical issue these transactions do not reach us.
We kindly ask you not to use any third-party payment methods within PayPal.
iDEAL payments are supported only via Stripe.
